SHIPPING
Ready To Ship (RTS) items ship within 1-3 business days. Everything in the shop is RTS unless it says PREORDER or MTO in the listing. Please reach out to us if you need your order shipped immediately.
PREORDER items ship in approximately 2-6 weeks, depending on our current workload. (Please note that if you purchase RTS and PREORDER items in one order, they will all ship together once the PREORDER goodies are finished.)

First Class and Priority shipping options are provided at checkout. (Yes, we do ship worldwide!) You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once we have shipped your order, we are no longer responsible in any way for the package or it's contents. Specifically, we are not responsible for slow delivery, lost or stolen packages, or any damage caused by weather. We strongly encourage opting in to Route Package Protection (offered at checkout) to insure your order.
In the case of a returned package, we will contact you for an updated address and further shipping instructions, if necessary. We will send a link for the cost of reshipping the items. If you choose to cancel your order at this point, we will refund your order minus the initial shipping charge and a 12% restocking fee.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We make every effort to provide a detailed description and several photos of our goodies. Our patterns have been tested over and over again to ensure a perfect fit.
If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund your order minus a 12% restocking fee.
All sales are final unless the item received is defective or different than shown/described in the listing. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. All Custom Orders and Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. No exceptions.
