FAQs & Store Policies


RTS means RTS!  We ship as FAST as we can, usually within 1 business day! PREORDER items ship in approximately 2-8 weeks, depending on our current workload. (Please note that if you purchase RTS and PREORDER items in one order, they will all ship together once the PREORDER goodies are finished.)

We do our very best to work with your shoot schedules!  Rush options are available here or by reaching out to us no.2willowlane@gmail.com

Shipping options are provided at checkout. (Yes, we do ship worldwide!)  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that all major mail carriers are moving slower than usual and that may cause a delay in you receiving your package.

Once we have shipped your order, we are no longer responsible in any way for the package or it's contents.  Specifically, we are not responsible for slow delivery, lost or stolen packages, or any damage caused by weather. Thank you for your understanding!

In the case of a returned package, we will contact you for an updated address and further shipping instructions, if necessary.  We will send a link for the cost of reshipping the items.  If you choose to cancel your order at this point, we will refund your order minus the initial shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.


If you need your PREORDER or Custom item(s) sooner, you have the option to RUSH.  If you have multiple items in your order that need rushing, you will need to add RUSH for EACH item.  (Each item takes its own amount of detailed preparation and work and therefore requires it’s own ‘rush').


Our sales and promotions are valid ONLY for the specified dates of said sale/promo.  We are not able to honor retroactively, please don't ask.  Seriously don't. ;)


We make every effort to provide a detailed description and several photos of our goodies. Our patterns have been tested over and over again to ensure a perfect fit.

All sales are final unless the item received is defective, or different than shown/described in the listing.  If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.  All Custom Orders and Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.  No exceptions.


NB // Newborn:  Fits most babies up to 10 lbs.

Sitter: Fits most babies 6-12 months old.
